At Bedika.in, we aim to offer a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle order changes and post-delivery concerns.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Prepaid or COD order by emailing us at reach@bedika.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

For Prepaid Orders

  • ₹100 cancellation fee will be deducted during the refund process.
  • If cancelling a Prepaid International order, a 5% currency conversion/transaction fee (calculated on the total order value) will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

For COD Orders

  • ₹100 worth of reward points will be deducted from your Bedika account as cancellation charges.

Important Notes

  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability beyond 30 working days, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will be notified via email.
  • All cancellation requests are accepted only via email. Please write to us at reach@bedika.in within the 24-hour window.

Rejection at Final Destination

If you refuse or do not accept an order at the time of delivery:

For Prepaid Domestic Orders

  • A refund will be issued after deducting ₹100 as cancellation charges.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

For COD Orders

  • Two-way shipping charges (dispatch + return) will be deducted.
  • Reward points equivalent to ₹100 will also be debited from your account.

Return Policy

We want you to have a worry-free experience shopping at Bedika.in. If you need help with a return, we’re here to assist.

Damaged or Leaking Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or tampered with, kindly email us within 24 hours of delivery at reach@bedika.in with photos/videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
  • In cases requiring product pickup, a reverse pickup will be arranged. Once the item reaches our warehouse and is verified, the resolution will be processed within three working days.

General Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and undamaged.
  • After inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed with a deduction of ₹100 towards reverse pickup charges.
  • Items damaged due to negligence, improper use, or incorrect application are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
  • Personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or colour
  • Minor variations in colour or scent due to seasonal changes in natural ingredients

Please perform a PATCH TEST before using any new skincare product.
